FORMER Dumbarton stars Danny Rogers and Chris Turner have this week signed deals with their new clubs.
Aberdeen goalkeeper Rogers — who signed a new deal at Pittodrie earlier in the month — will line up against Sons next season in a Falkirk jersey as manager Peter Houston has secured his signature for a season long loan.
Rogers had an excellent season at the Rock last season and scooped several player of the year gongs at the club’s end of season awards.
Meanwhile midfielder Chris Turner has completed his long awaited move to Ladbrokes Premiership side Hamilton Accies. Turner makes the move to full-time football after the 28-year-old spent three season with the Sons.
Turner tweeted on Sunday night: “Delighted to have joined @acciesfc looking forward to getting started. Would also like the thank everyone @Dumbartonfc really enjoyed my time there. Good club and staff.”
