Pre application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site bounded by Mitchell Way, Bank Street and Church Street, Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire for a mixed use development comprising 1 no. large food retail unit and 10no. smaller retail units with residential flats above. All with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure. A Public meeting will be held at Alexandria Community Centre, Main Street, Alexandria, G83 0NU on 21st June 2017 from 3-7pm. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to West Dunbartonshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
