TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
PLANNING PERMISSION APPEALS: ERECTION OF RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS AT SITES:
PPA-350-2019 - BETWEEN SANDHOLES FARM AND NO 33 SANDHOLES ROAD, BROOKFIELD, JOHNSTONE. PPA-350-2020 - LAND TO NORTH WEST OF KILBARCHAN QUARRY, BRANSCROFT, KILBARCHAN, JOHNSTONE.
PPA-350-2021 - LAND TO NORTH EAST OF STRATHGRYFFE CRESCENT, GRYFFE CASTLE, BRIDGE OF WEIR.
PPA-350-2022 - SITE AT WHITELINT GATE, JOHNSTONE ROAD, BRIDGE OF WEIR.
PPA-350-2024 - SITE BETWEEN DUNVEGAN AVENUE AND GLENIFFER HOUSE, GLENPATRICK ROAD, ELDERSLIE, JOHNSTONE.
The Scottish Ministers, through the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA) and under the terms of the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, are currently considering appeals made to them by Gladman Developments Ltd (PPA-350-2019), Wallace Land Investments (PPA-350-2020), Gladman Developments Ltd (PPA-350-2021), Paterson Partners, Barratt and David Wilson Homes (PPA-350-2022), and EPIC Ltd, Elderslie Estates and Hallam Land Management (PPA-350-2024) in respect of the matters set out above. The reporters appointed to make a decision on these appeals, Ms Karen Heywood BSc(Hons) MPhil MRTPI, Karen Black BA(Hons), MRTPI and Rob Huntley BSc DipTP MRTPI will hold an hearing session. Matters to be considered at hearing session: Housing land supply and planning policy. The session will take place on Tuesday 18 July 2017 at 10:00 within the Erskine Bridge Hotel & Spa, Erskine Harbour, Erskine, PA8 6AN and will run for 1 day. Members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the session and may view the documents relating to the original applications and the appeals at the Customer Service Centre, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1AN until the start of the hearing.
Attendees and/or participants may wish to note that this meeting will be broadcast live to the internet as part of DPEA's webcasting service. Generally the public seating areas will not be directly filmed however by entering the meeting venue and using the public seating area, you are consenting to being filmed and to the use and storage of those images and sound recordings and any information pertaining to you contained in them for webcasting and training purposes and for the purpose of keeping historical records and making those records available to the public.
