A DUMBARTON man who shouted, swore and uttered threats of violence at the front door of a property in the town has been admonished in court.
James Gray, 51, of Millerslea, committed the offence at an address in Boghead Avenue on June 10 last year, when he banged on a door and acted aggressively and in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear and alarm.
Gray had admitted the charge in September, when sentence was deferred for him to be of good behaviour.
On that occasion a plea of not guilty to a charge of acting in a similar fashion at a property in Strowans Road on the same date was accepted by the Crown.
Gray was dismissed by Sheriff William Gallacher.
