THIS Valentine’s Day the Scottish SPCA is seeking a new home for Dave the degu who is looking for someone to love.
Scotland's animal welfare charity is caring for Dave at their Dumbarton Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.
Centre manager Joe McDade said, “Dave is a handsome guy who is looking for his forever home.
“He’s hoping his new home will provide him with a bit of company, it doesn’t need to be with a degu as he likes the company of all animals and has a bit of a thing for birds!
“He’s a very inquisitive wee fella who loves to come and see what you’re up to. However he can be a bit shy, but with the right person he could come out of his shell.
“We are hoping that love truly is in the air this Valentine’s Day and someone will give this gorgeous boy the loving home he deserves.”
Anyone who can offer this lonely degu a loving home is being asked to contact the Scottish SPCA’s centre in Dunbartonshire on 03000 999 999.
