POLICE have concluded their investigation into the death of a man in the Vale in October and revealed "no criminality"has been established.
The body of Raymond Baxter, age 47, was found near Halkett Crescent, Rosshead, at around 9.30am on October 5.
The death was initially treated by detectives as “unexplained”.
This week, a spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: ""The investigation has now been concluded and no criminality has been established at this time.
"A report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal."
