A MAN who shouted and swore at his mum has been ordered to do unpaid work.
Matthew Murie, 39, previously admitted to the behaviour on September 27, 2017, in Merkins Avenue, Dumbarton, where he demanded money, behaved in an aggressive manner, refused to leave and repeatedly returned and struck the door of the common close.
He was given bail the next day at Dumbarton Sheriff Court and told not to enter the entire Bellsmyre address or approach his mum but went to her home later that day anyway.
Murie, of no fixed abode, was ordered by Sheriff Maxwell Hendry to carry out 140 hours of unpaid work within six months. An existing community payback order for a third incident continues without review.
