The Balloch Walk in the Park group are inviting people to come and join them for a wander through Balloch Country Park this week to mark National Walking Month.
The route for the walk will be a loop of Balloch Castle with an extension to Fairy Glen, with two route options available to suit all abilities.
National Walking Month is a campaign to promote the benefits of walking and encourage everyone to get into walking – no matter what their level of fitness.
Anyone interested in joining the walk can meet up with the group at Balloch Tourist Information Centre at 10.20am this Wednesday (May 9).
And there will be further chance to socialise after the walk, with all walkers and guests invited back to the National Park Headquarters for refreshments in the Robert Grieve Suite.
