A WOMAN who breached an ASBO when she held a house party at a Dalmuir flat has been given a chance to prove she’s put her troubles behind her.
Kimberley Campbell was handed a three-year anti-social behaviour order at a court in December.
But less than a month later she breached the order twice after neighbours at Ellinger Court complained of excessive noise on the landings of adjoining flats and gatherings of people causing a nuisance.
Campbell, 21, was made the subject of the ASBO at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on December 5. The two breaches happened on December 21 and December 30.
Campbell also failed to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on December 20, 2017, having given an undertaking at Clydebank police office four weeks earlier that she would turn up.
On Friday, Campbell, of Ashton View, Dumbarton, was told by a sheriff that she will be given the chance “to show she has changed her ways”.
Her lawyer, Brian McGuire, said: “It became a party house. Those people who were there were her so-called friends, who continue to party elsewhere now.”
Sheriff Moira Mackenzie said: “You will be given the chance to prove you have put all of this behind you.”
Sentence was deferred until November 16.
