A DALMUIR man who made threats to people and was found to be in possession of drugs has been told by a sheriff to continue to stay out of trouble.
Andrew McKeown, 48, of Dalmuir Court, appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court for a review of a community payback order he had been put on back in May this year.
McKeown behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer fear or alarm. The offence happened at Dalmuir Court on January 13.
He was repeatedly shouting and swearing and making threats of violence and making offensive comments. He was also found to be in possession of cannabis.
On Friday his lawyer told the court: βIt is a very positive report.β
Sheriff John Hamilton made no further community payback review and allowed the 12 months supervision order, which included carrying out 180 hours of unpaid work, to continue.
