A BONHILL man who was caught in possession of two different illegal drugs has been ordered to carry out 25 hours of unpaid work.
Daniel Hollern, 22, of O’Hare, was found to be in possession of both Etizolam, a class C drug, and cannabis resin, a class B drug, on September 7, 2017, at his home.
Prosecutor Sarah Healing told Dumbarton Sheriff Court last Wednesday: “It was discovered by police in possession of a search warrant.”
Defence lawyer Kenny Clark said: “He tells me he was drinking heavily at the time. He is on Jobseekers’ Allowance.”
Sheriff William Gallacher put Hollern on a community payback order with the only condition to carry out the 25 hours of unpaid work in the community.
