Inconsiderate drivers have been criticised for parking cars at Dumbarton East railway station in a manner which obstructs the pathway and makes access difficult for people who require easy access to the carpark.
The issue has been raised at Dumbarton East and Central Community Council which heard that wheelchair users are also being hindered gaining access to their cars.
Community councillor Jim Slack has sent a photograph of the cars to West Dunbartonshire councillor Jim McBride in the hope that some form of traffic management can be put in place to stop cars obstructing access.

In another issue relating to the station, community councillor Jim Crosthwaite said netting put up under the station bridge to deter pigeons had not been successful as the birds are still getting in.
Network Rail have been contacted in the hope the issue can be resolved.
