Pupils enjoyed dressing up in their finery recently when they attended Our Lady and St Patrick’s High School’s annual leavers dance.
All S6 pupils attended the senior prom and as per tradition they invited their S5 schoolmates along to join in the fun.
A wonderful night was had by all at the Normandy Hotel in Renfrew, the location of the event for the past few years, and all of the students enjoyed a three course meal and entertainment provided by a DJ
The dance was organised by Mrs Louise Dickinson of the social studies department, with the support of various staff members across the school and pupils.
Christopher Smith, head teacher, told the Reporter: “The event was a great success and thanks must be offered to the organising committee comprising of staff and students who planned the event throughout the school year.
“It was a fitting way to say goodbye to the Class of 2019 and we wish them all every success for the future.
“It has been a privilege to watch them all grow and mature into exceptional men and women over the past six years.”
