POLICE in Dumbarton have announced plans to throw open their doors and let the public have a peak inside.
The free event is due to take place on Saturday, August 3rd, from 10am to 2pm.
Visitors will be able to speak to members of the Dumbarton police force as well as representatives from the fire service, the police mountain rescue team, NHS paramedic motorcyclists, the Ministry of Defence and the British Transport Police on the day.

Due to the ongoing demolition of the Garshake council offices, there will be no parking available at the event, and prospective attendees have been asked to bare this in mind when planning their day out.
More information is due to be provided by Police Scotland as the event draws closer.
