Green-fingered youngsters will not be bored this summer with three Learn and Grow clubs starting next week.

The free Bonhill Bees Lunch Club will be running at Bonhill CE Centre on July 1, 8, 16, 18, 23, 25 and 23 and August 1, 6 and 8 from 1pm to 2.30pm.

It promises the chance for parents, carers and children to cook, grow fruit and veg, enjoy pottery, creative reading, arts and crafts and lunch together.

The free Learn and Grow Family Fun Club at Lennox Primary, meanwhile, will also be offering the opportunity to take part in similar activities, including lunch.

It will have a varied programme of activities for budding cooks, gardeners, and artists and if you just fancy a visit for a cup of tea or coffee, you are more than welcome to come along.
