RESIDENTS of Dumbarton and the Vale have been invited to take part in a nature survey.
Taking place at Levengrove Park, West Dunbartonshire Council's Greenspace team will be hosting the bird watching survey activities this Sunday, from noon until 2pm.
The aim of the surveys is to identify the different species of birds which can be found in the park, as well as identifying any potential improvements to the bird habitat which could be undertaken.
According to WDC, the event "is a good opportunity for those who have an interest in the park to come together and enjoy the park".
Attendees have been asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather conditions.
The meeting point has been set as the Cenotaph within the park.
