SOME of Hollywood and TV’s most famous cars have pulled into an historic car factory for a six-month pit stop.
The Cars of the Stars display has officially opened at Loch Lomond Galleries in Alexandria and brings with it some of the most distinctive cars ever made.
Among the most recognisable models on display are Val Kilmer’s Batmobile from Batman Forever and the unmistakable red and white-striped Ford Gran Torino from Starsky and Hutch.
Children visiting the display will instantly recognise the Flying Ford Anglia from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Postman Pat’s mail van.
There are a total of 13 cars on display in the museum including, Herbie from Herbie Fully Loaded starring Lindsay Lohan, the Volvo P1800 from The Saint, KITT from Knightrider and two racers from The Fast and The Furious.
