Two people have been taken to hospital following a crash in Dumbarton.
Reported to Police Scotland at 9.20am, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were also scrambled to the scene, on the A82 northbound.
Police say a man has been taken to Royal Alexandria Hospital in Paisley, while a woman has also been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
The conditions of both people remain unknown.
The crash involved two vehicles.
West Dunbartonshire Council has confirmed the A82 at Milton has been closed due to the accident.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
It was later reported that the 67-year-old female passenger had died.
