Children have been having a ball at football and mini-kickers camps at Dumbarton Academy this summer.
Younger players have been learning to pass, control, dribble and shoot, while older players have been enjoying practical and classroom based sessions and learning about strength and conditioning, diet and nutrition, tactical discussions and performance analysis.
A spokeswoman for West Dunbartonshire sports development said: “Our summer football camps have been hugely popular with a great attendance throughout the area. The feedback that we have received from the children and their parents has been extremely positive.”
Camps will be running from July 29 to August 2 at Vale of Leven Academy and from August 5 to 9 at Dumbarton Academy. For more information or to book call 01389 757806.
