The Friends of Geilston are holding an art workshop with Carol Dewart at Geilston Garden in Cardross on Monday, August 19.
The £35 cost for the full day includes admission, tuition, coffee and a scone, and all ability levels are welcome.
All you need to bring along to take part are a sketchbook, drawing materials, board/canvas and the medium of your choice.

Carol graduated from the Glasgow School of Art with a BA (Hons) in drawing and painting, and followed her degree with a postgraduate qualification.
She has also won many awards for her work, which focuses on the key elements of texture, pattern and light.
