One of Scotland’s biggest food festivals is returning to the bonnie banks next weekend - and promises to be the best yet.
The Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival is set to take place on September 7 and 8 with a fantastic line up of food and drink producers, live entertainment, whisky tastings, chef demonstrations, kids’ activities and much more.
More than 80 food and drink producers will be at the event, giving festival goers the opportunity to enjoy hot food and luxury packaged produce, as well as take home some tempting treats for later.
Visitors will also have the chance to watch top chefs cook some of their favourite recipes and enjoy entertainment including Ben Monteith, Ava and Alfie from the Voice Kids and The McAndrews Sisters while having a drink in the outside bar area.
Chefs lined up to provide demonstrations include Martin Sweeney from The Petersham in Surrey and Luca Conreno from La Lanterna in Glasgow.

The Shore will also be hosting cocktail making master classes and BBQ tasters.
The festival’s main sponsor Loch Lomond Whiskies, meanwhile, will be offering free pre-booked tasting sessions across both days where some of their finest whiskies can be enjoyed with the help of a company expert.
But it won’t just be adults having all the fun and on offer for kids will be rides, on-stage entertainment from the Song and Dance Factory and even the opportunity to make pizzas.
The festival is on at Loch Lomond Shores from 10am to 6pm on each day.
