WEST Dunbartonshire's food bank has issued an urgent appeal for help as they are running low on "all stock".
West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare made the announcement on their Facebook page.
The food bank was forced to issue a similar appeal last month after a dangerous drop in donations.

The group also launched a "baby bank" for struggling families with young kids.
Donations needed include:
- Tins of beans and spaghetti
- Soup
- Teabags
- Tinned potatoes
- Tinned ham/corned beef
- Tinned vegetables
- Pasta and sauce
- Microwave rice

To donate any of these items, or other foods you don’t need, drop off points are currently at the Dumbarton branches of Asda and Morrisons, as well as the office of West Dunbartonshire Council on Church Street or the High Street Citizens Advice Bureau.
