Over 800 people braved chilly waters to take on a brand new swimming challenge.
The inaugural Go Swim Loch Lomond was hailed a huge success on Saturday, September 7.
Children, pensioners and everyone else in-between pulled on their wetsuits and swim caps to enjoy the day.
The event saw swimmers tackle varying distances, starting at 250 metres, with more experienced participants conquering up to 10,000m.
The youngest swimmer in the water was seven, while the eldest was 75.
Richard Pearson, event director, said: “Smiley happy faces were abundant as swimmers completed their own personal open water challenges.”
