A BONHILL woman has been banned from driving for three years for a series of motoring offences committed in Balloch and Clydebank last year.
Lynne Doig, 47, of Kingfisher Avenue, drove a vehicle with an expired driving licence at the Moss o’ Balloch car park on Balloch Road on December 14, 2018.
Doig also failed to co-operate with a breath test requirement.
After being taken to Clydebank police station for interview, Doig additionally failed to provide two breath specimens without a reasonable excuse, committing a further offence under the Road Traffic Act.
She appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Friday, September 13, after sentencing was deferred for the production of a background report.
Doig was fined £100 for each of the offences committed in Balloch, and a further £300, along with the three-year ban, for failing to provide specimens of breath.
