Prices haven't changed despite an increase across Scotland
The average price of a house in West Dunbartonshire has remained the same in the past year despite an increase across Scotland.
New figures from the UK House Price Index show the price in the area at the end of July was £105,614, a tiny amount less than the figure a year previously which was £105,625.
The West Dunbartonshire price remains way below the national average of £153,968 which increased by 1.4 per cent in the year to July, down from two per cent in the year to June.
The figures show that prices in Scotland grew faster than the UK annual rate of 0.7 per cent in the year to July.
