Pupils from two Dumbarton primary schools have taken part in a "wee sleep out" to raise awareness of homelessness.
The children, from St Martin’s and St Mary’s primaries, spent the night in Renton Bowling Club on Friday to raise money for Social Bite, a charity which works to end homelessness in Scotland.
The pupils, from primaries 5, 6 and 7, chose to take part after learning about homelessness in class and finding out what communities can do to tackle the issue.
Pupils of all ages from both schools joined in the fun between 7.30pm and 9.30pm, when there were party games, face painting and a DJ, in return for a small donation.
After 9.30pm, the older children stayed on to raise money for Social Bite through sponsorship.
