A CLYDEBANK man who had indecent images of children has been put on the sex offenders register for three years.
James McEniff, of Canberra Avenue, appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week for having taken or permitted to be taken or making indecent photographs or indecent photos of children. The 59-year-old also had possession of indecent images or pseudo-images of children.
The charges date to August 30, 2018 at his home.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry ordered McEniff be under social work supervision for three years with a conduct requirement not to have direct contact with children under the age of 16. He must also provide internet devices to supervising officers or police for inspection.
