A YOKER man has been ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work for threatening his ex partner.
David Colquhoun, of Hawick Street, previously admitted forcing his way into a home in Clachan Road, Rosneath, on July 12, 2019.
The 26-year-old then threw household items and furniture, repeatedly shouted and swore at his ex and behaved in an aggressive manner.
The crime was aggravated by being against a partner or ex.
At Dumbarton Sheriff Court recently, Sheriff Maxwell Hendry told Colquhoun: “The way you reacted was not only wholly inappropriate, it crossed the boundary and was criminal.”

Colquhoun has three months to do the unpaid work.
A non-harassment order was not imposed.
