Residents of Dumbarton and the Vale are being asked to have their say on how substance harm in the area can be reduced.

West Dunbartonshire Council are encouraging people to fill out their survey “Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs: Have your say on how we can reduce harm in West Dunbartonshire”.

The local authority want to know what residents and service users feel are the priorities for action and which groups should be the focus of their work.

Residents’ ideas will then help to shape action plans to deliver both the area’s Substance Use Prevention Strategy and the Alcohol and Drug Partnership Strategy.

The survey will run until the end of February, with a summary of the findings available in March.
