These stunning shots of Dumbarton from above were captured by a drone.
The hi-tec flying machine was able to take photos from angles not normally possible.
Iconic landmarks captured by its lens included Dumbarton Castle and Rock, and Dumbarton FC’s C&G Systems Stadium.
The eye in the sky, operated by staff from local media firm, Turkey Red Media, also captured magnificent views of the foreshore at the River Leven, including the new Lidl store, and other well-known buildings including the council offices and the town’s sheriff court building.
The Turkey Red team use drones from over-the-counter ones, to specialist customised machines costing up to a whopping £100,000.
Their drone was also able to capture Levengrove Park in its autumnal beauty.
