Pupils from Dumbarton and the Vale proved they were on the ball recently at an inter-school football tournament.
The friendly competition took place at Knoxland Primary on January 23.
Boys and girls from Braehead, St Peter's, and Dalreoch, honed their footy skills as they competed against each other on the school's all-weather pitch.
A number of great goals were scored, as the pupils, from P6 and P7, also developed their team-playing skills.
The matches are held monthly, and have been a highlight of the school calendar for a number of years.
A spokeswoman for West Dunbartonshire Council said: The games have been running for several years, and all the children loves taking part."
