A ROADBLOCK is in place on the A55 at Abergele.
It is situated at junction 24 westbound.
This is due to water flowing on to the carriageway from a nearby field, states Traffic Wales.
Clean up crews are currently at the scene.
This follows an earlier roadblock at the same site.
