A FORMER Duntocher man who intimidated his former partner for a month has been fined £450.
Peter Connelly, previously of Dalgleish Avenue, and now of Castle Crescent, Bishopton, pleaded guilty at a past hearing at Paisley Sheriff Court to turning up at his ex’s home, repeatedly phoning and sending social media messages and emails between February 18 and March 25, 2019.
On March 26 last year, he attended the property in Mains River, Erskine, and shouted and swore struck the door. Both the charges were aggravated by being against an ex partner.
Back in the dock last week, Sheriff Colin Pettigrew told Connelly he behaved in a threatening and abusive manner, at which point Connelly tried to interject.

The sheriff replied: “It’s now too late to tell me you didn’t strike the door.”
He fined Connolly £450.
