STRAY dogs found in Clydebank will be placed in the Scottish SPCA kennels at Milton, where its owner will be subject to a £409 kennel fee before it can be released, West Dunbartonshire Council has warned.
The fee covers the cost paid to the Scottish SPCA for temporarily housing the animal.

WDC has also warned that it is a legal requirement for dog-owners to have their dog microchipped and registered with the correct details.
