PEOPLE in Helensburgh and the surrounding area are being urged to keep a lookout for a dog reported missing from a home in Rhu.

Molly, a tan/red coloured female adult Jack Russell terrier, went missing from the garden of a property in Laggary Road in the village just before 3pm on Monday, June 1.

There have been no reported sightings of Molly since then.

A poster asking members of the public to look out for Molly, who is deaf and partially blind, has been shared on the 'Dog Lost' website and on the 'Lost Pets in Helensburgh' Facebook group.

Molly is microchipped but not tagged, and has a small chunk missing from one of her ears.
