WEST Dunbartonshire Council has begun undertaking outstanding non-emergency repairs which were reported to them before and during lockdown.
The council say they have a large volume of repair requests to complete and as a result, jobs will be prioritised depending on their urgency.
Residents are asked to be patient while they work through the backlog.
Those who no longer require a repair which was logged before or during lockdown, should contact the council to cancel the request while new requests will only be accepted for emergency repairs.

From Monday, August 10, tenants will be able to report all routine repairs, however the council is asking residents to consider whether an operative attending their property at the moment would be absolutely necessary before reporting it to them.
All council operatives will observe public health guidance including physical distancing and use personal protective equipment where required.
If you or a member of your household experiences Covid-19 symptoms ahead of a planned visit, please contact the council as soon as possible so that your appointment can be rescheduled.
