A touching tribute will be paid to Ava Gray with a balloon release on Saturday.

Dozens are expected to pay tribute to the 12-year-old 'dancing angel' at the memorial in Dalmonach Park in Bonhill.

Heartbroken friends of Ava organised the memorial, which will take place at 1pm, as a chance to say a final goodbye to the girl.

One of the organisers Samantha Henderson wrote: "I only knew Ava a short time but by god she had left a huge hole in our hearts.

"She was an amazing young lady and I know that the whole of the area are going to miss her terribly."
