Children across Dumbarton, the Vale and the surrounding area have been staying active with outdoor taekwondo lessons.
Miss Haining West Dunbartonshire Taekwondo runs outdoor classes for children of all ages in Alexandria and Dumbarton.
Alexandria classes are on a Monday and Thursday in Argyle Park until October 5, then will be situated in Alexandria Parish Church.
Dumbarton classes are on a Wednesday and Friday in Posties Park with an indoor return awaiting confirmation.
Owner Miss Haining told the Reporter: “I would like to say a massive thank you to all our students who have stuck by our club during these difficult times for everyone.
“From live Facebook lessons online during lockdown, to Zoom lessons then to outdoors in all sorts of weather. Everyone’s been fantastic and adapted so well.”
