Torrential rain prompts warning to drivers as flooding forces road closure
Glasgow motorists have been warned to drive with caution due to surface water.
An exit slip road on the M8 has been closed due to flooding.
The slip road from the eastbound lane is closed at West Street (junction 20).

Many awoke to torrential rain on Saturday morning, but the rain is expected to ease off by the afternoon.
Sunshine and scattered showers are expected this afternoon with highs of 12 °C.
And it should be a drier Sunday with just some passing showers.
