The alleged attack happened outside the Hungry Panda on January 6
A MAN has been arrested for an alleged serious assault outside a Dumbarton takeaway this week.
The incident reportedly happened around 9.40pm on Wednesday, January 6, outside the Hungry Panda in Brucehill Road, Dumbarton.
A 29-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police charged a 38-year-old man with an alleged assault to severe injury and he was released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date.
