POLICE are on the hunt for sick vandals who stole a potentially life-saving defibrillator from outside a community pharmacy. 

The device was nicked last weekend and now cops are keen to find those responsible. 

The incident took place some time between 4pm on Saturday, January 16 and 3pm on Sunday, January 17 outside Bonhill Pharmacy in Ladyton.

Alexandria officers are now appealing for information and witnesses after the cabinet housing containing the life-saving equipment was smashed and the defibrillator taken from within.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland by calling 101 quoting incident PS-20210118-2553.
