POLICE have reported a motorist to the procurator fiscal for allegedly driving in Dumbarton while under the influence of cocaine and cannabis.
Officers who were on patrol near the St James Retail Park in the town at around 9pm on Thursday, January 14 reportedly saw a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.
The vehicle was stopped, and after roadside tests for alcohol and drugs were carried out, the 36-year-old driver was arrested at the scene.
He was taken to Clydebank police office for interview and later released.
