A GREY BMW 4 series car was set on fire in Bonhill last night.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the wilful fire-raising in Kirsty Place around 11pm on February 4.

Three men were seen in a vehicle around the time of the incident and officers are keen to speak to them.

One is described as white, about 6ft with short, blonde curly hair who was wearing a dark coloured North Face jacket and dark jeans. Another was wearing dark clothing and had a hood up. A third man was also seen.

There are no reports of injuries from the blaze.

Detective Sergeant Bruce Fyfe said: “These three men were seen in a vehicle at the time of the incident and I am asking anyone who may have seen anything or know who they are to get in touch. 

“In addition, anyone with private CCTV or who was driving in the area around the time of the incident and may have dash-cam footage that would help with our investigation is asked to call us.”
