AERIAL footage of Dumbarton and the Vale has been showcased by a Balloch gamer.
The half an hour clip entitled "Microsoft Flight Simulator Glasgow to Balloch over Dumbarton and Vale of Leven" was uploaded by YouTuber and local "Cappy Bert" to the popular media streaming channel.
In the game, Cappy Bert takes off from Glasgow Airport in a light aircraft before soaring over the Clyde and up the River Leven before reaching Dumbarton and the Vale of Leven.
The realistic graphics are unbelievable, with local landmarks visible throughout the journey.
Creators of Microsoft Flight Simulator say they have over 340 fully modeled cities, with the game's real life world map delivering jaw-dropping views.
Cappy Bert takes full advantage of this, flying over the Vale and onwards to his home town of Balloch.
