People across Dumbarton and the Vale are being encouraged to undertake a tough walking challenge to raise money for a mental health charity.
Men Matter Scotland is asking residents to take 10,000 steps a day in March so the charity can continue funding its suicide prevention support service.
Participants are asked to track their progress on any fitness app and to set up a GoFundMe page.
Anyone who takes part will receive a free hoodie commemorating the event after registering on www.menmatterscotland.org.
Activities offered by the group include family sessions, hillwalking, and football.
Players and coaches from Dumbarton Academy FP raised cash for the charity by scaling Ben Lomond twice in a day last August.
