MARCH saw 238 babies born across Morecambe Bay.
147 of the babies were born at Royal Lancaster Infirmary, 83 at South Lakes Birth Centre in Barrow seven at home and one at Helme Chase in Kendal.
There were 118 boys and 120 girls were born last month.
The heaviest baby born was registered at 10 lb 0.1 oz with the lightest being 0 lb 10.7 oz.
In total, 137 siblings were born throughout the whole of March.
There no sets of twins born.
The longest pregnancy was clocked at 42 weeks and five days, with the shortest being 21 weeks and five days.
