The incident allegedly occurred in Balloch's Dalvait Road
A 38-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in connection with an alleged attempt to steal two bikes from a Balloch garden.
The man, from Clydebank, was reported after an incident at 4.50pm in Dalvait Road on May 1.
