Police attended an alleged incident in Miller road, Haldane on June 12
A MAN has appeared in court charged with an alleged assault to severe injury in the Haldane area of Balloch at the weekend.
Barry McKenzie, 34, appeared in private at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday where he made no plea or declaration. He was committed for further examination within the next eight days and remanded in custody.
A 25-year-old man reportedly received treatment for injuries after police attended an incident in Miller Road at 3.17am on Saturday, June 12.
