RECEPTION staff at a Balloch tourist attraction have warned visitors against verbal abuse of their team after reducing their live show capacity.

A post on the Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre Facebook page stated that some guests aren’t accepting the rule Help with cost of looking after children while in hospital Bird centre issues plea over ‘verbal abuse’ stating only 60 people are allowed in at a time due to social distancing guidelines.

It said: “If you are denied entry due to the number of people already on site, please accept the situation.

“We do not take kindly to our staff being verbally abused because you feel you have a right to gain entry.

“Be warned: Our CCTV system records everything. Don’t become an overnight YouTube sensation because of your attitude and behaviour.”

Guests are encouraged to show up to the arena 30 minutes before the show’s start time to guarantee a seat.
