THE Glen's Vodka SPFL League One Manager of the Month award has gone to the Dumbarton FC manager.
Sons gaffer Stevie Farrell has won the award for September after taking the club to within three points of the top of League One.
Farrell, who previously worked at the Rock as assistant to Stevie Aitken, made the move back to the club from Stranraer at the end of last season.
Dumbarton Football Club say that since returning to the club as manager in May, Stevie's workrate and positivity in the role have been infectious, and this has translated throughout the club.
The award to the Dumbarton boss comes after Sons midfielder Callum Wilson was awarded is cinch League One player of the month for September.
A Dumbarton FC spokesperson said: "All at DFC send huge congratulations to Stevie on the award, and what he has achieved as our manager to date."
